Do you know a PNP who has made a difference?  They deserve recognition!

Please nominate an outstanding WA NAPNAP PNP for our most prestigious award, the Distinguished Member AwardClick here to open the survey, it only takes a few minutes.  They will be recognized during our Spring CE conference  and a contribution will be made by the Chapter to the charity of the selected member’s choice.

The following criteria should be considered in suggesting a nominee:
  1. Nominee must be an active member, in good standing with the Washington State Chapter of NAPNAP.
     
  2. The individual must have made a noteworthy contribution in developing and/or advancing the PNP role and/or promoting the health care of children.
     
  3. The impact of contribution may be at the local, regional, and/or national level.

Selection will be based on the information received in the nomination.  Recipient will be announced at the WA NAPNAP Spring Conference.
